In order to receive college credit for a course all work must be started and finished within a fixed period of time. This may be a 6-8 week time period as is often seen in summer sessions. It may also be within a 16-18 week semester as seen in Spring and Fall academic terms. In addition, the detailed contents of the Course Outline of Record (CoR) as show below, must be reviewed and approved using criteria 1 through 7 listed below:
